The existing layout was reoriented to better engage with the pitched ceiling and natural light, allowing the main living space to feel more open, cohesive and aligned with the way the home is used.

The kitchen anchors this transformation, connecting directly to the living and dining zones while maintaining a calm, refined presence. A concealed butler’s pantry supports functionality behind the scenes, allowing the primary space to remain clean and uncluttered.

A restrained material palette of Turco Argento stone and blonde timber joinery introduces warmth and subtle texture, sitting comfortably alongside the retained character of the original home. Clean lines and considered proportions reinforce a sense of balance, ensuring the contemporary elements feel integrated rather than imposed.
